I had the opportunity to work with Omni Therapy in the 2nd quarter of 2019 and there on, and the experience has been amazing. Case managers are easy to reach and most of all approachable with any concerns. Documenting system is clear cut and streamlined for easy use…. Omni Therapy has been reliable too in providing a weighted case load to support both part time and full time staff. Above all else, Sheila, the CEO, has a kind heart with regard to the quality of care provided by her therapists. My father received in-home care from Rahnia and Khema…he suffered a brain stem stroke. Rahnia and Khema, in many ways, were my lifeline. They were both gentle with him and firm, always kept him centered on the goals. His doctor was amazed at his progress and my father gave Rahnia and Khema all the credit. He said “I wouldn’t have come this far without them. They are responsible for this”. They were professional, skilled, patient, and dedicated communicators. They set clear goals through exercise instructions and homework. My father couldn’t walk, was barely lucid, struggled with language, and had ptosis of the eye. Six months later, he walks up and down the stairs, makes his own breakfast and dinner, works on the computer. It’s an amazing recovery.
